PET POLICY: We welcome well-mannered pets for an additional daily charge of $5 and a refundable deposit of $200. Please be sure to keep pets safe from traffic and open water by using leashes.

BOAT DOCKAGE: Smaller boats with shallow drafts can be accommodated at our docks for a small daily dockage charge. Please make reservations for your boat in advance as docking space is available on a first come first served basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We will accommodate cancellations with a full refund up until 2 weeks before your stay. Cancellations within 2 weeks of your stay will incur a $100 cancellation charge.

DEPOSITS AND RESERVATIONS:  All reservations require a 50% deposit with a credit card. Remaining balances will be processed after your arrival. Pet deposits will be processed for refunds within 3 days of departure.

An air mattress bed and a foam extra mattress are available for extra guests and will be provided for an extra charge.  These additional beds will not fit in the PINK ROSE.

Can be joined to Pink Rose Cottage via common door, to sleep 6. ( extra charge for both cottages combined) Décor is "country style" in tan and pink with wood floors.
